This Week in Cardboarding

Welcome to This Week in Cardboarding. This week will just be my last discounted blaster of Stadium. With the craziness of the turkey weekend (shopping, taking fall decor down and putting xmas decor up), I am surprised I even got this posted. YEAH! for me, the streak of consecutive weeks continues. Well a slow start but the blaster ended on a positive note. I got Youk and Pedroia which makes me happy. Still need an Evan Longoria from this set, so I may still pick some more Stadium blasters up, if I can find anymore. So I am holding off on my set list. Mail Day Wicked Style!

I have been pulling a few cards over the past few weeks for the Wicked one who runs My Past Time....... I Love It!!. Then I pulled a Marlin auto and he mentioned he liked, followed by the fact he shipped out some much needed set help along with a numbered Longoria. Today I got his package, here are some of the highlights:

This Week in Cardboarding

Welcome to This Week in Cardboarding. This week will just be a blaster of Stadium, because silly me, forgot to hit the card isle while running errands. I wanted to add a little extra with each blaster. So, oopsy daisy. Here is what I got:

Nothing to exciting, mainly because it was a massive blaster of doubles and a few triples. Much like my third blaster back in April or whenever I got them. Only this time I have pulled two proof cards and an auto for half the cost. Last time I only pulled a Mark Ellis Auto and paid full price. I am still happy with my Stadium experience this fall. The Auto did enlighten me to the fact that these are on the card. I guess I didn't really inspect my Longoria as well as I should have.

Apparently I am closing in on my disk space, who knew. So, I may have to clean up some older posts in the next few weeks. Thanks again for checking out This Week in Cardboarding.

I Got Mail from Nr Mt over the weekend. Nico littered my email with comments on a wide array of posts back in mid-October. Stating he was new to Bloggerland and asking for a trade. Trade with Wax Pack Relapse

My Hanson Auto got me exactly what I was hoping for - a Evan Longoria Auto. I worked out a trade with Wax Pack Relapse where I sent him the Hanson Auto and four junk hits (as he would call them) and this is what I got in return:

I am very happy, I have wanted the Bowman Sterling card for a while now but was never able to pull the trigger on ebay. Along with some other needed cards for my player collection.

There are so many great cards and I think I am closer than my other two sets already. TROLL DAY!!!

My day got really exciting when a little box from The Collective Troll came in the mail. Troll sent 132 cards from my 2008 Topps Heritage need list. WOW!!! 132!!! Amazing, thanks so much for taking a huge chunk of list out. Here are some of the cards:
